Whenever we pray, we need to be assured that God hears and will answer our prayer. Whatever we pray for — healing, more faith, forgiveness — He will respond to our prayer.  I’m a witness that God hears and answers prayer, and I know I’m not alone.  This calls to mind the song “God Answers Prayer.” Those are not just words but it’s true!  God cares for us and will respond when we call.  In Psalm 66:19, we find these words:

 But God did listen! He paid attention to my prayer.

The Psalmist is praising the Lord for answering his prayer.  Take a moment to think about the times that you prayed, and God answered your prayer.  Thank Him for answering your prayers, then give Him praise!
