God has promised to bless our lives. In order to receive His promise, we must develop our faith. God’s promise and our faith go hand in hand. Countless blessings await us, but we must apply our faith. Our faith must grow constantly. As our faith grows, we become more aware and dependent upon God’s promises. Know beyond a shadow of a doubt, that what God promises, He will deliver. The question we all face is how strong is your faith? Is it strong enough to receive God’s promises? Today’s scripture lesson is Hebrews 6:12.

“Then you will not become spiritually dull and indifferent. Instead, you will follow the example of those who are going to inherit God’s promises because of their faith and endurance.”

We see the writer calling upon God’s people to grow spiritually. He has a great desire that they continue loving each other and that the things they hope for will come true. He continues, God is just and has not forgotten how hard they work for Him and how they show their love for others by caring. He wants them to follow the example of those who are going to inherit God’s promises. He tells of God’s promises to Abraham. God has given His promise as His oath. When you get a chance read this entire chapter. It is my fervent prayer that you are growing every day in your faith and are assured that you can depend on God.
