The power of God is the greatest power in the world. There is no power like God’s power, which can do all things, and do all things well. God gives His power and strength to His people. Whatever we need, it is there for us through the power of God. In 1 Corinthians 4:20, we find these words:

“For the Kingdom of God is not just a lot of talk; it is living by God’s power.”

Paul wants the people of Corinth to know where their real power lies. Paul wants them to be followers of Christ and for them to draw upon His power. It is my prayer today that we are able to draw upon God’s power and that we do not rely on the power of this world. Presidents, Kings, and Queens will be removed from their thrones; however, God’s throne and His power will last forever. That’s real power!
