The Spirit of the Lord has led me to continue to write about the power of God. When we put our trust in God, we are able to do great and glorious things in His name. When we put our trust in God we have all that we need — we will not want for anything because God will supply all of our needs. In Philippians 4:19, we find these words:

“And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.”

In this chapter, Paul, the humble servant of the Lord, expresses His thanks to God. He is grateful for how the Philippians have helped him and encouraged him, and he wants them to receive a reward for their kindness.  He tells the people that the God that he serves will take care of their needs according to His riches in glory; all they have to do is put their trust in Him. Paul knew without a shadow of a doubt that God would supply every need.  It is my prayer today that we will all learn to put our trust in God knowing that He will supply every need.
