God loves us beyond our own comprehension. It is utterly amazing how much God really loves us. The poet writes, “Oh, love that will not let me go. I rest my weary soul in thee. I give you back the life I owe.” God’s love is everlasting and runs deep. It is wide, long, and far-reaching. No one can love us like God. Regardless of all that we do that displeases Him, God never stops loving us. In Daniel 9:23, we find these words:

The moment you began praying, a command was given. And now I am here to tell you what it was, for you are very precious to God. Listen carefully so that you can understand the meaning of your vision.

The angel came to Daniel while he was praying, reminding him that he is precious in God’s sight. Because of Daniel’s great love for God, he was able to understand what
was taking place. It is so important for us to have an intimate relationship with God,
so that we can interpret when God gives us His vision. God wants us to gain His wisdom and understanding, and to know that we are deeply loved. God has given
us favor and we need to be reminded that we, too, are much beloved.
