God’s grace is sufficient for everything that we need. There is nothing that we stand in need of that God cannot supply. He will not supply just a portion of our needs, but He will supply all our needs. As God gives to us generously, we should share with others. In 2 Corinthians, 9:8, we find these words:

“And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.”

Since God has given us His grace, we are called upon to share with others. Paul writes that we should do this freely and give generously to the poor. He says in verse 10, “God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and bread to eat. In that same way He will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you.” In other words, as we bless others, God will bless us. God will always supply more than what we need. I close this devotion thinking of my grandmother. Whenever she cooked a meal, as limited as the food was, she always made sure others could eat from that same pot. She knew that God’s grace was sufficient, not just for our family, but for others who came to our table as well. What a blessing to know that God has more than enough for us to share with others!
