Thank God today that God’s power never changes.  Things change, people change, but God remains the same.  Some things that we thought would last a lifetime are now obsolete.  Some people that we thought would be with us in good times and bad times have changed.  But, the one thing that remains the same is God’s love and power.  I would go one-step further; some of us have changed, and the changes have not always been for the good.  I have often remarked how I have seen people join the church with fire, enthusiasm and zeal, but then I have watched that fire go out.  They started strong, but allowed circumstances and situations change them.  In spite of all the changes, we have seen in things and in people, our God is consistent, He never changes.  Ephesians 3:20 reads:

“Now all glory to God, who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”

Here in this moving passage of scripture, the author shares a doxology of the work and power of God.  It is a benediction.  God is able to do far more than we can ask or think.  That power is full of love, grace and mercy.   The next verse reads, “Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations for ever and ever. Amen”. But, the next generation will have the insurance of His power.  His power is never depleted, never runs out, but always remains the same.  Wow, that is incredible. May you draw on His power today.
