I am blessed that God has granted me the ability to write these devotions daily. Prayerfully, they have been a blessing to you. I do not consider myself a gifted writer, nor do I possess the eloquence of those who have excellence in writing or speaking. However, I try to listen to God and pen the words that He speaks to me. That is also true for our early morning Church Without Walls service. Before we begin, I ask God what He would have me to say to His people.  I have learned that God does speak. No matter what task the Lord allows me to do, it always comes from God. I pray, that as you read this devotion, you will also be able to identify the times in your life when God has spoken to you. In Hebrews 1:1, we find these words:

“Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets.”

Throughout this chapter, the writer proclaims to the people the reasons why they should trust in Jesus for all that they need.  The writer also makes it clear that God does indeed speak to His people. Read this chapter when you get a chance. May we all be strengthened in our walk with God. God does speak! We must be willing to listen and obey. When we do, our lives will be blessed.
