The Spirit of God lives within us. That means that God dwells in our hearts, and for that, we are truly grateful and thankful. His love is always present. His power is always available. How amazing it is to know that God is with us always, no matter what! We have an inner peace that comes from His presence. The joy of the Lord is our strength. No matter what life brings our way, we have the power, by His Spirit, to be victorious. The enemy cannot defeat us. No power of this world can overtake us.  No weapon formed against us shall prosper. We are blessed with God’s power that lives within our hearts, souls, and minds. In 1 John 4:12,we find these words:

“No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.”

This verse explains that God dwells in each of us and, therefore, we should love one another. That love should be brought to full expression in our lives. John goes on to say, “God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in him and he in us. All who declare that Jesus is the Son of God have God living in them, and they live in God. And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So, we will not be afraid of the day of judgment, but we can face Him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. Such love has no fear because perfect love expels all fear …We love each other because He loved us first.” God lives in us, and God is love; therefore, we must love one another.
