On this last day of February, I ask every reader to take a minute to give God praise, because He is worthy of all our praise!  God has allowed us to experience two months of 2023.  So many things have happened, but God has kept us and blessed us, not only these first two months but all our lives!  He has been good to us, and we are obligated to give Him praise.  It’s not an option, but it’s a mandate that all God’s people give Him praise! In Psalm 106:1, we find these words:

“Praise the Lord! Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.”

The psalmist begins by giving God praise, expressing thanks to the Lord for all He’s done. He indicates that no one can list all the miracles the Lord has done, and he calls on the people to remember the goodness, the grace, and the power of God.  He closes this powerful psalm in verse 48 with these words, “Praise the Lord, the God of Israel, who lives from everlasting to everlasting! Let all the people say, “Amen!” Praise the Lord!”  Notice the first verse and the last verse are both giving God praise.  Prayerfully, today, we can all give God praise for all that He has done for us!
