Some people judge and criticize others. This has occurred even in the house of God. What we fail to realize is that none of us are perfect; consequently, none of us should judge anyone else. All of us have shortcomings; all of us have sin in our lives. There is none perfect but God. My grandmother used to say, “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.” I want to take that a step further and say, “Instead of judging, why not try encouraging them and praying for them. It will go a long way.” In Luke 6:37 we find these words:

“Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven.”

Jesus speaks about the importance of not judging others. He makes clear the dangers of judging others. When we judge, condemnation will come back against us. He also tells them to love their enemies, and to pray for them. When you get a chance, read this entire chapter. Don’t judge others! Follow the Master’s teaching to learn how to forgive. Also, learn how to pray for one another. Be thankful that God does not judge us the way we do others!
