When problems come our way, as they surely will, we can never get tired of waiting. We must continue to be persistent on our calling on God. God is true to His Word. What He promises, He will deliver. It is true that they that wait   upon the Lord will be renewed in strength. It is my prayer today, that whatever you are going through, you will not get weary in well doing.  Know that in due season you will reap, if you faint not. The scripture reference for this devotion is found in Hebrews 6:15:

“And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.”

God made a promise to Abraham. Verse 15 indicates that after Abraham patiently waited, he obtained the promise the Lord made to Him. Abraham did not give up, but kept serving, believing and praying. He received his promised blessings from God. His faith rested upon God’s promises, after he had offered his only son to God. “I will bless thee and multiply thee,” the Lord promised. Read chapter 15, which speaks not only of the awaiting blessings, but God’s promises. Know that what God promises, He will deliver. Keep waiting and God will bless you on High.
