There is a blessing in doing the will and work of the Lord.  When we seek to serve God, there will be roadblocks, setbacks, and disappointments, but the blessings far outweigh the pain. God will bless us when we do the things He has called us to do. Whatever is done for God shall be rewarded bountifully.   I discovered that when I give to others, more comes back to me, triple fold!  If we make God the center
of our lives, we will receive blessings that we will not have room enough to receive.   God keeps on blessing us for all that we do. In Hebrews 10:36,we find these words:

Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do
God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised.

The writer indicates that we need to have endurance and patience as we continue to do the Lord’s work, adding that we will receive all that God has promised.   He says those who are righteous will live by faith and God will grant them blessings from on high. So, continue, my brothers and sisters, to do the will and the work of the Lord. There is a blessing waiting for us when we do.
