There is great joy in the Lord. Draw close to God to find the strength you need; He has the power to give you the victory, no matter what you are going through. The joys of the world are only temporary and sometimes even cause our demise, but when you delight yourself in the Lord, you have everlasting peace, an everlasting joy that is radiant and comes from being in His Presence. There is a spirit of renewal that comes when you place yourself in His hands. Oh the joys that are seen by those who take refuge in the Lord!
In Psalm 37:4, we find these words:

“Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you your heart’s desires.”

In this moving passage of Scripture, we see that there is a guarantee when we delight in the Lord, but it is important to understand what this is saying. It does not say that we will get everything we want, but it does say we will get the desires of our hearts. When we delight in the Lord, there is a change of heart that brings a wonderful experience of joy and peace. God guarantees us this wonderful reality when we trust in Him.
