As God’s people, we must not walk in fear but in faith. We cannot be timid or weak, but we must be strong and courageous. Our strength comes from the Lord. While we are on this Christian journey, the devil will try to take advantage of our weakness. But when we increase our faith and trust in God, we can live life courageously. People of God must remember that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We
can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens us!  We must be armed with the full armor of God so that we can fight the good fight and remain victorious. In Psalm 31:24, we find these words:

So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the LORD!

The psalmist begins the Psalm with coming before the Lord asking for protection. He knows God can save him. He is terrified of his enemies, and even his friends are afraid to come near him. He is trusting God when he says, “You are my God …My future is in your hands… Rescue me from those who hunt me down… Let your favor shine on your servant …” He advises those going through the same thing to be strong and courageous. When you get a chance, read this entire chapter. Prayerfully, we can all say
 that we are living strongly and courageously.
