As you read this devotion, underline the words, put “all your trust in the Lord.” Not some, or a portion of, but put “all” your trust in the Lord. God can be trusted. He is dependable and reliable. You can count on Him. But I pause to ask the readers, “Have you placed all your trust in the Lord? Do you trust the Lord completely in every aspect of your life? Can you say that you give Him your complete trust and that you never doubt? Can you sing this song with confidence, “I trust in God, because I know He cares for me?”
In Proverbs 3:5, we find these words:

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.”

In this scripture, the writer makes it clear that they are to trust in the Lord and not depend upon their own understanding. This same wisdom applies to all of us today. In all that we do, we are to trust in the Lord and seek His will.
