In order for our plans to succeed they must be blessed by, and be in the will of God. No matter how many plans we make, if the plan has not been anointed by God, it will not happen. There is a way, however, for our plans to succeed. We must pray over the plans we have for our lives and ask God for His blessings. We should not have plans driven by human hands, but we should have divine plans driven by God. In Proverbs 16:3, we find these words:

“Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.”

The first word, “commit,” speaks clearly to the success of the plan. God knows the plans for us, plans to prosper and plans to do good. In order for that to happen, one must commit their complete self to Him. Those who submit to God’s will, and seek Him, are in a better position than those who choose to ignore or reject Him.  In other words, “in all (our) ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct (our) paths.” (Proverbs 3:6, KJV) Whatever we do, we should put God first. We should let God work the plan. That is the blueprint for success.
