BBC Holistic Health and Wellness

Fit for Christ–  Bethlehem Baptist Church provides a holistic health and wellness ministry- mind, body and spirit as one. Its Health and Wellness Ministry aims to provide the latest health information and resources equipping all of its saints with the tools to live a healthy life in order to better serve people.  We all have one body and must cherish this gift from God.   “The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ.”  1 Corinthians 12:12-13″

Fit for Christ Goals:

  1. To raise awareness and educate on the importance of reducing common risk factors, preventing and managing chronic diseases and conditions.
  2. To provide resources equipping the congregation with the proper tools to manage their health.

In the upcoming church bulletin in recognition of March as National Nutrition Month a modified version of the following info will be inserted in the church bulletin that could also be posted on BBC’s web site.
